About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director, FP&A, Worldwide Revenue across monthly forecasts, annual operating plans, and management reporting.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and revenue forecasting to support business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present consolidated financial reports, variance analyses, and performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with global commercial and cross-functional teams to develop scalable reporting processes and maintain budgets.
  • Monitor revenue and volume performance to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes, including daily flash and earnings-related activities.
  • Drive process improvement through standardization and automation in alignment with Corporate FP&A governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant finance experience with strong analytical and forecasting expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with SAP or planning systems such as OneStream.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like MS PowerBI.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
