Senior Financial Analyst, Consumer Marketing Finance

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders as a trusted finance advisor to support marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives
• Own end-to-end financial planning and forecasting, including annual operating plans and quarterly outlooks
• Develop and maintain revenue, margin, and ROI models with scenario analysis
• Drive preparation of executive-level financial reviews, dashboards, and KPIs
• Lead analysis of month-end and quarter-end results and perform in-depth variance analysis
• Identify and implement process, control, and tool improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects, including financial systems implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with required FP&A experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and complex financial modeling
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for executive audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced finance credential
• Experience supporting revenue, pricing, margin, or GTM-focused organizations
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems like SAP, Hyperion, or Anaplan
• Experience in semiconductor, storage, consumer electronics, or technology manufacturing
