Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and manage annual budgets, long-range plans, and quarterly forecasts
• Improve reporting efficiency by developing data models and Power BI dashboards to automate manual workflows
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D leadership
• Prepare and present financial reports and KPIs to senior leadership
• Support capital allocation decisions through financial modeling for new projects and strategic initiatives
• Mentor and develop junior members of the finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A and business partnering
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query for financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and complex financial modeling
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences
• Ability to work in a facility containing industrial hazards and willingness to travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Anaplan, SQL, or Relational Databases
• MBA or CPA designation
• Experience in a manufacturing, technology, or start-up environment
