About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of complex financial analysis and modeling requests for investment sales brokerage services.
  • Create and audit Excel-based valuation models and Argus Enterprise models.
  • Analyze property rent rolls and operating statements to determine valuation and feasibility.
  • Review and summarize tenant leases, articulating key issues and concerns clearly.
  • Conduct market research to analyze property and market conditions.
  • Assist in collecting and evaluating due diligence for sales transactions.
  • Prepare pro forma statements, discounted cash flow analyses, and high-level analysis summaries.
  • Support the training and development of junior analysts and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of commercial real estate financial analysis and cash flow modeling experience.
  • Extensive experience with Argus Enterprise and other discounted cash flow tools.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate financial concepts and underwriting fundamentals.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
