Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts for R&D, Marketing, and Global G&A segments
• Manage month-end activities for Platform marketing and R&D, including variance analysis and financial narrative identification
• Establish monthly review schedules, reporting deliverables, and internal submission timelines
• Consolidate financial information from various stakeholders and ERP systems to provide OPEX summaries to leadership
• Ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness of all financial deliverables and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Previous experience in a finance environment with exposure to financial analysis and/or general accounting
• Strong analytical, systems, and project management skills
• Ability to deliver high levels of accuracy under strict deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP/BPC or equivalent systems
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Intellectual curiosity and sensitivity to cultural and geographic differences
