Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support budget cycles and maintain rolling forecasts, including cash flow and variance analysis
• Analyze and synthesize financial and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Build and maintain robust Excel-based financial models for strategic decision-making and scenario planning
• Support commission processing to ensure accuracy and alignment with compensation plans
• Perform accounting reviews to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness
• Drive continuous process improvements within Finance domains

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or similar roles
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and power query
• Proven experience in financial model architecture (knowledge of macros & VBA is an asset)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
