Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to support budget owners in analyzing spend savings and managing expenses effectively
• Utilize SAP and Adaptive Insights to track, manage, and report OPEX and COGS forecasts, ensuring accuracy between forecast and actuals
• Collaborate with FBPs and HR to track headcount and to-be-hired activity, providing ad-hoc financial analyses for fixed costs
• Own quarter-end activities, including preparing cross-charges and accruals, and acting as a primary liaison with Corporate Accounting
• Lead special projects such as building new financial models, revamping existing processes, and conducting ad-hoc analyses
• Ensure strict compliance with all financial and accounting policies and programs

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3+ years of professional finance experience
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and spend management
• Strong proficiency with desktop applications, including spreadsheets, database software, and presentation tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan
• Proven ability to analyze large data sets and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
