Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to support budget owners in analyzing spend savings and managing expenses effectively.
• Utilize SAP and Adaptive Insights to track, manage, and report OPEX and COGS forecasts, ensuring accuracy against actuals.
• Collaborate with FBPs and HR to track headcount, including hiring activity, and provide financial analyses for fixed costs.
• Own quarter-end activities, including the preparation and submission of cross-charges and accruals.
• Lead special projects such as building new financial models, revamping existing processes, and performing ad-hoc analyses.
• Ensure strict compliance with all financial and accounting policies and programs.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional finance experience.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and spend management.
• Strong proficiency with desktop applications, including spreadsheets, database software, and presentation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
