Responsibilities

• Analyze variance between actual performance and budget to identify business opportunities
• Support annual review and revision of commission plans and quantify earnings
• Provide technical support for annual planning, revenue estimation, and expense planning
• Support recurring forecasting for key revenue metrics including ARR, TCV, and Net Retention
• Monitor and report on churn, downsell, and upsell rates
• Track pipeline coverage ratios to inform capacity planning
• Contribute to the quota setting process using historical and predictive models
• Support strategic workforce planning and rep productivity modeling
• Lead pricing and discounting analysis to optimize revenue
• Deliver strategic analytics to support investor relations and fundraising
• Conduct ad hoc strategic business analyses

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics or forecasting
• Experience in the Education Technology or SaaS industry
• Experience using AI technology in day-to-day tasks
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Advanced modeling and analytical skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
