Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close process for the Global Quality Assurance and Compliance area, including journal entry preparation and validation.
• Perform forecasting and analysis for operating expenses, capital, project expenses, and balance sheet items.
• Conduct actual vs. forecast analysis and report on financial results.
• Ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled and explain fluctuations to leadership.
• Manage asset settlement and periodic asset verification for the department.
• Act as a financial liaison to the Global Quality Assurance and Compliance team, providing guidance on forecasting and business support.
• Implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient financial planning and decision support for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data to make recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at multiple organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or MBA.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion EssBase, and Power BI.
