Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare revenue and implant forecasts, analytics, and financial presentations to support the quarterly LBE process
• Analyze revenue and implant data by product segment, geography, account, and employee
• Evaluate performance against benchmarks and prior years, including price vs. volume analysis
• Partner with commercial leadership teams to provide insights and recommend areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan new product launches
• Oversee month-end finance packages and develop complex financial modeling
• Compile and present findings for ad hoc financial requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or Accounting
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
• Proven expertise in financial modeling
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate results to various audiences
• Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new environments
