Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles
• Create and refine complex decision models and analyses to support game development
• Act as a financial partner to studio and publishing leads to manage P&L
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
• Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and workflows
• Guide and mentor junior staff members

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years accounting or finance experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience creating financial forecasts and modeling scenarios
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent experience
• Experience using databases and data visualization tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in video games, e-commerce, or mobile apps
• Proficiency with Hyperion, SQL, JDE, Tableau, or Snowflake
• Passion for gaming
