Senior Finance Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination point between Global, regional, and local teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Lead the preparation, validation, and consolidation of carve-out financial statements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate and track inputs across cross-functional teams within the regions.
• Review and validate the quality, completeness, and consistency of all financial information and supporting documentation.
• Support the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model and transition setup (Day 1 readiness), including TSA frameworks and legal entity setup.
• Ensure effective execution and control of key financial transactions, including intercompany profit flows, asset transfers, and tax/treasury implications.
• Address ad hoc requests and resolve emerging issues to ensure continuity of deliverables during the transformation process.

Requirements

• Proven and strong track record within a finance function.
• Extensive experience in financial accounting, reporting, or controlling.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to meet rigorous reporting requirements and timelines in a complex, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working across different cultures and countries.
• Knowledge of SAP, BCS, or ifinance systems.
