Senior Finance Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-First Development by embedding tools like Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot into daily workflows
• Architect scalable financial solutions and maintain robust data models across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP
• Build and support intelligent integrations between accounting systems and data lakes using SQL, PL/SQL, and REST/SOAP
• Identify system inefficiencies and deploy automation to scale financial workflows
• Translate complex accounting principles into scalable technical designs and documentation

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP)
• Strong proficiency in relational databases and advanced SQL/PL/SQL
• Experience with web services including SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML
• Demonstrated experience in accounting process transformations and financial data modeling
• Ability to navigate complex organizational dependencies and technical debt

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java
• Experience with peripheral financial modules such as Tax or FCCS
• Previous experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms
