Senior Finance & Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to develop investment decision-making frameworks and drive business strategy.
• Own complex financial models to balance aggressive growth with long-term profitability.
• Lead high-impact modelling exercises to size new opportunities and build business cases for innovative products.
• Track and analyse key financial and business KPIs to identify trends, risks, and market opportunities.
• Lead special projects to automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools.
• Work closely with departmental leaders to ensure day-to-day execution aligns with financial targets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills with the ability to build robust, complex financial models.
• Proficiency in SQL to manipulate large datasets and uncover business insights.
• Extensive experience with forecasting and budgeting for major functional areas.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders within a matrixed organization.
