Responsibilities

Administration, Finance and Control

• Supervision of general accounting, customers, suppliers, and treasury
• Management of monthly closings and preparation of civil accounting statements
• Coordination of ordinary tax compliance
• Preparation of periodic economic-financial reporting
• KPI and margin analysis and support for management control
• Cash flow monitoring and support for financial planning
• Interface with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders
• Support management in defining budgets and forecasts

International Taxation and VAT

• Consulting on indirect taxation (VAT) applied to international trade, including intra-EU exchanges, services, exports, and imports
• Analysis of concrete cases regarding logistics flows and customs operations from a VAT perspective
• Support in defining correct tax treatments for international operations
• Operational and advisory support to clients on tax and customs issues
• Continuous updating on regulatory developments in VAT and international trade

Requirements

• Degree in economics or related disciplines
• Consolidated experience in Finance/AFC roles
• Solid knowledge of Italian and European VAT regulations
• Experience in international taxation and customs operations
• Strong analytical and consulting skills
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Experience in tax/customs consulting firms or international contexts
• In-depth knowledge of international trade and logistics flows
