Senior Finance Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Transition the recruitment function from a reactive model to a proactive, sourcing-led engine for the Finance organization
• Map competitor talent pools to build sustainable pipelines for Account, Tax, FP&A, and Corporate Finance functions
• Conduct technical and functional deep-dive screens to evaluate competencies such as GAAP, internal audit, and fiscal modeling
• Meet delivery targets for hires across varying levels of seniority while maintaining a low "Time in Process"
• Drive significant portions of total hires through outbound sourcing of passive candidates
• Partner with executive leadership as a consultant to provide market insights and guide hiring decisions
• Utilize AI-sourcing tools and market data to identify aging requisitions and lead strategy recalibration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven experience supporting Finance functions
• Proficiency with enterprise-grade ATS platforms, specifically iCIMS
• Expertise in technical sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong outbound sourcing skills for identifying niche, passive talent
• Ability to communicate effectively with Finance Directors and VPs regarding operational accounting and financial systems
