Senior Finance Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project manage and implement various company-wide strategic initiatives from a finance perspective.
• Investigate the implications of new business initiatives on finance functions including accounting, tax, treasury, and risk & control.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Product, Legal, Marketing) to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
• Represent the Finance department in cross-functional forums to influence product and business roadmaps.
• Ensure timely achievement of project milestones by coordinating workstreams, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation plans.
• Lead process integration and automation initiatives to ensure financial scalability and efficiency.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth post-launch transitions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a finance-related context.
• Background in the tech or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to influence diverse teams.
• Demonstrated experience in process integration, reorganization, or transformation initiatives.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity, and ambiguous environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with various finance tools and processes, including accounting and reporting.
• Experience working closely with Product and IT departments.
• Knowledge of finance cross-functions such as FP&A, treasury, or financial systems.
