Senior Finance Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Finance Operations Analysts supporting D&T Pillars, Platforms, and Services.
• Establish and maintain standard financial processes for D&T operational and delivery finances, including annual planning and multi-year forecasting.
• Manage D&T operational budgets to ensure they land within ±5% of agreed targets.
• Provide high-quality financial reporting, dashboards, and insights regarding cost drivers, spend trends, and variances.
• Drive process simplification and automation to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
• Identify structural cost opportunities and lead multi-year cost optimization exercises.
• Proactively manage financial risks and opportunities across D&T delivery portfolios.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to D&T leadership, translating complex data into pragmatic insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Senior experience in finance operations, management accounting, or financial performance leadership.
• Proven experience leading finance teams and owning end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong understanding of operational and delivery cost management, ideally within Digital & Technology environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior non-finance stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale Digital, Technology, or Transformation organizations.
• Exposure to portfolio-based financial management and cost optimization programs.
• A strong track record in finance process automation and simplification.
• Extensive experience in team leadership and people management.
