About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the hotel finance function by driving financial discipline and operational efficiency across Rooms Revenue, F&B Finance, and General Accounting.
  • Manage high-volume and complex Accounts Receivable portfolios, specifically focusing on corporate business accounts.
  • Handle invoicing, reconciliations, collections, and financial data with high accuracy to support healthy cash flow.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients, internal departments, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve client and debtor queries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable, purchasing controls, and procurement processes as required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, corporate invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Opera PMS.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, SUN, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience managing high-volume corporate accounts and room/F&B revenue streams.
  • Exposure to Accounts Payable and procurement processes.
