Senior Finance Manager, Sales Finance & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance business partner to North American GTM teams, driving revenue growth through deep financial analysis and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain robust forecasting models and scenario analyses to identify revenue risks and opportunities across clients, agencies, and verticals.
• Lead the development of executive-level presentations for C-level stakeholders to communicate performance drivers and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with sales leadership to optimize resource allocation, headcount planning, and investment decisions to maximize ROI.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate sales pipeline health, performance against targets, and key commercial KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence and Data teams to enhance reporting infrastructure and ensure data integrity.
• Support contract negotiations and strategic deals by building sophisticated financial models to assess trade-offs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills with the ability to distill complex commercial dynamics into actionable insights.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making and build relationships with cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• Proficiency with large datasets and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau.
• Deep business acumen and curiosity regarding the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
