Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full month-end close cycle for the HK entity cluster and assigned regional entities
• Prepare, post and review journals across expenses, accruals, FX revaluations, IFRS 16 leases, and intercompany
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts monthly and resolve differences through account certification
• Manage the HK regulatory deadline calendar, including monthly FRR submission to the SFC and HKEX reporting
• Act as the primary finance contact for annual statutory audits of HK entities
• Prepare monthly intercompany workpapers and support transfer pricing documentation
• Drive process improvements and automation within the HK close cycle using Workday

Requirements

• CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in financial control, accounting, or group reporting
• Hands-on experience owning month-end close in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
• Working knowledge of HK regulatory requirements (SFC FRR, IRD filings, etc.) or ability to learn quickly
• Experience managing statutory audits with Big 4 or equivalent auditors
• Expertise with IFRS accounting standards
• Experience in financial services, trading, or capital markets is preferred
• Proven people management skills
