Senior Finance Manager, GTM

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue forecasting for consumption-based products, including short-term and long-range views
• Build and maintain bottoms-up forecasting models incorporating usage drivers, customer cohorts, and contract structures
• Partner with Data Science to align financial forecasts with statistical consumption models and usage signals
• Develop and maintain highly detailed financial models in Google Sheets and Excel
• Perform scenario, sensitivity, and stress-testing analysis to inform pricing and GTM strategy
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and GTM leadership to connect pipeline and bookings to revenue outcomes
• Analyze ARR vs. consumption dynamics, net dollar retention, and expansion behavior
• Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and budget updates

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Early career training in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Revenue-focused FP&A
• Direct experience forecasting consumption-based or usage-driven revenue
• Experience operating in a hypergrowth technology environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of revenue forecasting mechanics, cohort analysis, and ramp modeling
• Ability to translate complex data science model outputs into financial assumptions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS and cloud metrics (NDR, CAC payback, LTV)
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, or modern BI platforms
• Prior experience working closely with Data Science teams on predictive modeling
• MBA or CFA
