Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the close process, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Clover’s Global business
• Monitor and explain monthly performance versus targets through detailed variance analysis
• Deliver high-quality dashboards, presentations, and reports with clear narratives for executive leadership
• Partner with Business Unit and Corporate FP&A teams to align consolidated results and reporting cadence
• Collaborate with Investor Relations to craft business narratives and provide insights for executive communications
• Drive automation and process improvements in forecasting and reporting to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Lead ad-hoc financial analyses for special projects and senior leadership requests

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting with a focus on revenue management, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proven experience conducting variance analysis and translating complex data into executive-ready insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building driver-based models, pivot tables, and lookups
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating clear executive narratives and visuals
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to automate reporting using business intelligence tools
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the payments industry
• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as SAP, BPC, or Oracle
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools like Power BI or PowerPivot
• Experience with Palantir Foundry
