Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full profit and loss statement for the non-bank referral partner channel, including Restaurant Solutions and Direct sales teams
• Lead month-end deliverables by consolidating actuals and forecast submissions and preparing financial analysis
• Partner with business leaders and product teams to identify key drivers, trends, variances, and emerging risks
• Enhance monthly reporting, dashboards, and management reporting to support executive decision-making
• Develop and improve financial forecasting, planning, modeling, and reporting processes
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders regarding financial and operational performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning within a corporate or commercial finance environment
• 2+ years of experience preparing financial reports and delivering variance analysis to executive stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience working with P&L statements and financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling and analysis
• Experience using business intelligence or enterprise planning tools such as Power BI or SAP
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or equivalent credential
• Experience supporting partner channels, merchant acquiring, payments, or small business portfolios
• Experience supporting Clover-related financial analysis or business planning
