Senior Finance Manager, Financial Analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate FP&A for Cross-border, managing multi-year outlooks, budgeting, and financial reporting for VAS and CMS revenue streams.
• Support and influence senior finance leaders globally by delivering budget, forecast, and strategic outlooks.
• Drive the business unit FP&A planning agenda and perform assessments on financial and business performance.
• Embed P&L thinking into decision-making and provide succinct messaging for the CFO regarding risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate revenue reporting and drive monthly and quarterly scorecard reviews.
• Provide timely and accurate financial management reporting and insightful analysis of key trends.
• Conduct competitive analysis on VAS and CMS performance against industry leaders.
• Lead cross-functional process enhancement projects and strengthen stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to resolve complex business problems.
• Strategic business acumen and the ability to connect financial data to broader business strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, etc.).
• Professional finance accreditations such as CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
• Experience in a global, publicly listed, or government-regulated payments company.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor junior staff.
