Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to Business Units and regional teams by delivering financial insights and recommendations.
• Analyze financial performance by business unit and country to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Take end-to-end financial ownership of UAE legal entities, ensuring accurate financial statements and strong internal controls.
• Lead statutory reporting activities and coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure compliance.
• Manage Local In-Country Value (ICV) plans for the UAE in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and consolidate rolling forecasts, financial plans, and annual budgets.
• Manage banking relationships, including liquidity reporting, cash pooling, and trade finance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes through automation and standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in US GAAP and IFRS reporting.
• Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience within a large or complex organization.
• Proficiency with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management or equivalent tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large data sets and advanced reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural environments.
• Ability to navigate and build networks within a global, multi-layered organization.
