Senior Finance Manager - Credit Risk

Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk to support revenue growth and protect the company from financial and business risks
• Leverage technology to build risk models and credit solutions for capacity restraint situations
• Provide actionable insights and business leader support during financial close periods
• Approve transactions including Collectability Reserves, payment plans, and restructuring
• Partner with Treasury teams to deliver customer-focused solutions that drive deal velocity
• Develop new approaches using Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Predictive Analytics
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to manage financial compliance and risk assessment

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field AND 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or controllership
• OR Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 4+ years of experience in the same fields
• Strong reporting, analytics, and forecasting skills
• Experience in financial analysis, credit risk, or controllership

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience in reporting, analytics, and forecasting
• Adept usage of CoPilot, CoWork, and other AI toolsets within a large corporate environment
• Master's Degree with 2+ years of specific experience in credit risk or finance
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams to achieve business results
