Senior Finance Manager, Collections Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage collections and cash applications for an assigned portfolio, utilizing AI to drive improvements and achieve targets
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing decision support to enable profitable growth and manage the lifecycle of the dollar
• Drive cash flow optimization and accelerate collections performance
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve business processes, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation
• Manage global vendors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to process standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Support Audit, Tax, and Trade teams with documentation requests related to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other compliance requirements
• Champion Microsoft privacy, security, and ethical standards within the collections lifecycle

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Data Science AND 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance
• OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance
• Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or controllership

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (oral and written)
• Experience in reporting, analytics, or forecasting
• Proficiency with AI toolsets (such as CoPilot) in a large corporate environment
• Experience working within a large multinational corporation
• Strong cross-group collaboration and communication skills, including experience interacting with Senior Management
