Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making for the North America Mobility business unit.
• Partner with business leaders to drive performance through analytics, pricing tools, and supply chain analysis.
• Drive the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and 5-year strategic planning processes.
• Manage a finance team of four direct reports, focusing on engagement and professional development.
• Oversee monthly operating performance reviews, variance analysis, and customer profitability assessments.
• Support M&A activities, including financial analysis and integration efforts.
• Manage the Mobility OEM AR team to ensure efficient collection and reconciliation.
• Coordinate high-value strategic projects involving revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and IT transformations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 8-12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or cost accounting.
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel financial modeling.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Superior problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or Business Warehouse.
• Experience working within a matrixed global organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
