Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-level monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analytics to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Partner with Finance and Operations senior leaders to provide insights that inform enterprise strategy and performance.
• Support the translation of enterprise and Finance strategy into actionable plans across Enterprise Reporting.
• Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives such as automation, offshoring, and operating model redesign.
• Develop and manage Managers and Analysts, fostering leadership depth and succession planning.
• Ensure alignment across reporting workstreams to balance timely execution with long-term value creation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in multifamily finance, asset management, or operations.
• Proven track record of building, managing, and mentoring high-performing FP&A teams.
• Deep understanding of real estate fundamentals, portfolio performance, and capital markets.
• Advanced analytical expertise with mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver decision-ready insights to executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA, CPA, or CMA certification.
