With the addition of Donald Mustard, AGBO is expanding into immersive, interconnected worlds across media.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for interactive projects
• Partner with Business Unit leads to oversee development budgets and track actuals
• Build and maintain project-level and slate financial models including development costs and projected revenues
• Provide scenario modeling and ROI analyses to support investment decisions
• Forecast and analyze game-level performance, including sales, royalties, and live operations
• Collaborate with Accounting on cost capitalization, revenue recognition, and financial close processes
• Provide financial insights for executive and board-level presentations
• Support cross-functional planning with HR and Operations to forecast headcount and operating costs

Requirements

• 7-10 years of progressive finance experience in the video game industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Proven expertise in managing project-level and portfolio P&Ls
• Strong understanding of game production pipelines and revenue models
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Familiarity with Cash and GAAP financial statements
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills
• Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Knowledge of Power Query
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools
