Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day financial operations, including site revenue management, sales ledger, and payment processing
• Prepare monthly reporting, including P&Ls, Balance sheets, and cashflow analysis
• Partner with hotel, F&B, and operational departments to optimize revenue and cost control
• Oversee inventory controls, purchasing analysis, and cost management initiatives
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, KPIs, and business targets
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team
• Coordinate both internal and external audits

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in hotel finance
• Strong understanding of compliance and best practice hotel operations
• Proficiency with PMS systems and reservation systems
• A balance of methodical, process-driven approach with the flexibility to find creative solutions
• A passion for hospitality and a positive, team-oriented attitude
