Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Support migration from Tally to Zoho Books
• Review and reconcile daily accounting in Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting
• Prepare IND AS workings and post entries in accounting software
• Liaise with IND AS consultants and provide necessary data
• Prepare replies to tax notices and maintain compliance trackers
• Prepare and file tax returns and advance tax computations
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines for NBFC middle layer entities
• Maintain compliance with prudential norms, capital adequacy, and governance standards
• Prepare and submit periodic returns and reports to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
• Ensure timely filing of regulatory submissions such as CRILC and NBS returns
• Implement internal controls and support process automation

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IND AS and Indian taxation laws
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or Zoho Accounting
• Familiarity with NBFC middle layer compliance requirements
• Experience with RBI reporting formats and timelines
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and NBFC compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• CA/CMA intermediate preferred
