Responsibilities
- Deal execution and exit preparation
- M&A integration support
- Financial performance, cash and OPEX improvement initiatives
- Strengthening finance organizations and leadership teams
- Review and challenge of business plans and cash forecasts
Requirements
- Prior CFO experience
- Strong international background (Europe / US)
- Capacity to (co)lead projects such as restructuring or carve-outs
- Solid foundation in audit and transaction services
- Experience in private equity–backed environments
