Senior Finance Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced Power BI dashboards incorporating AI capabilities and automated insights
• Develop comprehensive financial data models and integrate multi-source data using SQL and Alteryx
• Deliver accurate monthly management reporting, including variance analysis against budget and forecasts
• Lead digital transformation initiatives by pioneering AI technology integration and process automation
• Mentor team members in Power BI development, DAX programming, and data modeling best practices
• Present financial insights and KPIs to non-finance stakeholders to drive business intelligence

Requirements

• Mastery of Power BI, including expert-level DAX programming and advanced data modeling
• Technical proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and Alteryx for data transformation
• Strong financial background with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI governance, security, and administration
• Proven ability to transform complex financial data into actionable business intelligence
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, commuting to the Bengaluru office at least 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Alteryx Certification
• Knowledge of Power Automate
• Experience with TM1
• Basic familiarity with Jira
