Senior Finance Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and deploy Epicor ERP solutions focused on financial best practices.
• Implement core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Asset Management, and multi-company processes.
• Work closely with CFOs and Finance Directors to understand accounting requirements and streamline business processes.
• Document financial processes, procedures, and system changes to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.
• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members.
• Travel to customer sites as required by project demands.

Requirements

• MBA, ICWA, or CA degree (or equivalent relevant finance experience).
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, business application training, or software support.
• Mandatory prior experience with on-site customer implementations.
• Proven experience with ERP products such as MS Dynamics, SAP B1, Navision, Sage, or similar.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience advising C-suite executives.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, automation tools, and digital transformation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Epicor enterprise applications.
• Experience leading large-scale operational change initiatives.
