About the role
Responsibilities
- Own commercial finance for the lending business across partner-funded and own-funded products
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Translate loan performance data into actionable commercial insights
- Build driver-based forecasting models
- Challenge business assumptions regarding origination targets and portfolio quality
- Act as the commercial finance voice for the Lending department
- Ensure the P&L accurately reflects business economics
- Partner with financial controllers to validate major expense lines such as ECL provisions
Requirements
- Experience in commercial finance or business partnering
- Expertise in lending or financial services
- Ability to build complex driver-based forecasting models
- Strong analytical skills to interpret loan performance data
