Senior Finance Business Partner (Corporate)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the University Executive and CFO to deliver strategic financial advice shaping enterprise-wide decisions and the 2030 Strategy
• Lead complex financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case development for major corporate initiatives
• Drive end-to-end strategic finance partnering by leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing governance frameworks
• Provide high-level strategic advice to inform long-term financial planning and policy decisions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial performance, strategic planning, and enterprise-level analysis within complex organisations
• Professional qualification as a CA, CPA, or equivalent
• Extensive expertise in financial modelling and scenario planning
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted executive partnerships
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams and driving continuous improvement
• Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to provide a current National Police Clearance and pass a Finance Check
