Senior Finance Business Partner Commercial

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CCO, CPSO and their leadership teams on business performance and strategic priorities
• Drive forecasting, budgeting and performance follow-up across commercial activities
• Prepare and communicate performance insights related to growth, profitability, pricing and commercial effectiveness
• Support monthly reporting and explain key drivers behind results
• Conduct business cases, scenario analyses and ad hoc financial assessments
• Collaborate across Finance and the business to strengthen performance management
• Support transformation initiatives and strategic projects related to portfolio performance

Requirements

• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Consulting
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting and performance management
• Ability to translate financial analysis into actionable recommendations
• Experience working with commercial drivers like growth, profitability and pricing
• Strong stakeholder management skills across functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or ERP systems
• Experience working in an international organization
