Senior Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Assist with establishing and managing all financial aspects of the Built Living operating business
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting processes
• Support the implementation of finance governance frameworks, controls, and reporting standards
• Prepare detailed financial reporting and analysis across performance, cashflow, debtors, securities, and job costing
• Provide inputs into financial models used for feasibility assessments and strategic decision making
• Partner with senior stakeholders and commercial leaders to maximize business performance
• Support overhead management, forecasting, and financial reporting requirements for the wider business
• Help establish and maintain suitable finance systems, reporting tools, and operational processes
• Provide timely and relevant financial insights and scenario analysis to senior leaders

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership and senior finance management experience
• Experience establishing finance processes, governance, and reporting frameworks
• Strong financial stewardship capability across liquidity, cashflow, and financial risk management
• Experience within construction, development, manufacturing, or funds management environments
• Ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders and commercial stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial outcomes into practical business insights
• Advanced proficiency across Microsoft applications and business intelligence tools
• CA or CPA qualification
• Degree qualification in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
