Senior Finance Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing operations, collections, and revenue reconciliation for the Government State Savings business
• Prepare invoices, revenue calculation packages, and maintain customer profiles
• Reconcile billing-related balance sheet accounts, including deferred revenue and accounts receivable
• Own the collections process, monitoring overdue invoices and resolving disputes
• Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, FP&A, and Legal
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Assist in implementing new billing software and automating reconciliation workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry
• Familiarity with government or state-administered programs such as 529 plans or auto-IRA
