Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with field management to develop and manage monthly store sales goal planning processes
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve sales planning and automate analysis
• Maintain, enhance, and automate sales planning tools, models, and reporting files
• Serve as a key finance contact for store field teams to provide support related to sales plans
• Build strong relationships with Store Operation Leadership to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives
• Support emerging finance priorities, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• S. or M.B.A in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics
• 3+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who drives results independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, consumer, or complex matrixed organizations
• Experience with sales planning
• Knowledge of BusinessObjects, Tableau, or Power BI
• Knowledge of ETL tools such as Tableau Prep or Alteryx
