Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform fixed asset transaction processing, including capitalizing, retiring, and amending assets according to company policy
• Manage month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and review activity in construction-in-process accounts
• Extract, update, and load workbook files into the Fixed Asset register
• Support internal auditors by gathering required documentation and assisting with special projects
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve accounting and business processes

Requirements

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5 years of related work experience
• Accounting or finance certification
• Proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin
