Senior Finance Analyst, Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly consolidation, variance analysis, reporting, and forecasting for North America Operations sites
• Provide financial insights to Operations and Finance leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Support manufacturing accounting teams by analyzing cost and volume variances and preparing accrual entries
• Develop business cases for in-source/outsource decisions and large-scale capital investments
• Lead the measurement and management of key financial and business performance indicators
• Improve reporting efficiency through the development of visuals, dashboards, and new business intelligence tools
• Act as a finance business partner to help operational teams understand performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), operations finance, or reporting
• High competency in Microsoft Excel and advanced financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
• Proven experience in data analysis and extracting insights from large datasets
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight timelines in a collaborative environment
