Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and communicate financial results of projects to upper-level management
• Train, develop, and grow a team of finance professionals
• Develop and maintain budget and cost reports, earned value analyses, and project profit projections
• Review project cash flows, contract terms, and change orders for financial risks and opportunities
• Assist project managers with the development of project procedures and change order tracking
• Drive continuous improvement and use data-driven tools for risk analysis and benchmarking
• Manage client billing and revenue collection processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial/data analysis or public accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent degree
• Proven track record of successfully developing or managing a team
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency with SAP
• Experience using PowerBI
