Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, quarterly business plans, and annual budgeting processes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance versus plan.
• Lead financial business planning and updates for assigned markets, ensuring accuracy and providing insights in collaboration with market finance peers.
• Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems including SAP, BW, OneStream, and Power BI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Market BUF and Local Demand Planners, to understand business drivers and support strategic initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CA or MBA preferred).
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of FP&A experience, or Non-CA with 8-10 years of experience.
• Experience in the consumer health or FMCG sector is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience with OneStream, SAP, BW, and Power BI is required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
