Senior Finance Analyst, ISC FP&A COE

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Planning and Fulfillment (P&F) function.
• Guide cross-functional teams through planning and analysis cycles and provide leadership on reporting system usage.
• Liaise with local, regional, and global finance teams to create budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Deliver comprehensive monthly reporting packages, including budget vs. actual variance analysis for P&L and cost center owners.
• Perform strategic ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to facilitate business decision-making.
• Identify and escalate potential business or operational risks to Finance leadership.
• Update process flows, operating manuals, and standard operating procedures to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and reporting, preferably within planning and fulfillment.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE), Planful, or Cognos BI.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
