Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes, including GL close, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany, fixed assets, and accruals.
• Execute month-end close activities and ensure all tasks are updated in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform analytical reviews of profit and loss accounts, balance sheet items, and cost center checks.
• Ensure compliance with the Haleon Internal Control Framework and support audit requirements with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external service providers (P2P, O2C, Tax) to ensure successful delivery of accounting activities.
• Review monthly balance sheet schedules to maintain strong governance, including aging discipline and issue remediation.
• Support the dividend payment process and related cashflow analysis/projections.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, or IT.
• 4 years of R2R experience covering financial accounting, reporting, statutory filing, and asset accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
• Experience working in a shared service center or in an auditing capacity.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage workloads effectively to meet strict financial deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Accountancy Qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
