Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A

Responsibilities

• Design business intelligence dashboards and self-service reporting to support leadership and internal finance teams
• Support senior company leaders with financial analysis, issue identification, and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with internal finance teams and business stakeholders to execute the overall finance data strategy
• Prepare analysis and presentations for key company meetings, including the Board of Directors and Management Committee
• Proactively identify business trends and initiate actions to improve company performance and growth
• Support ad-hoc modeling projects for senior leadership
• Coordinate with internal finance and IT teams on finance system process improvements and project implementation
• Act as a functional expert in project and data management, serving as a liaison between teams

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance or a quantitative field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis supporting internal business units or stakeholders
• Proven experience building financial models using Excel
• Proficiency in business intelligence data modeling and dashboarding using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong organizational, task management, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work closely with senior leaders while maintaining an objective professional perspective
• Fluency in English
